No budget. Phone + Discord + TikTok. Everything below is copy-paste: weekly sprints, daily boxes you check, snippet folder, gang sheet, and the one-page pre-post checklist. Print it, tape it to your wall, run it before you judge it. Used by bedroom rappers, house DJs, and indie kids — same skeleton.

The 30-day sprint

1 Week 1 — Foundation: Phone Studio + Gang

Days 1-7 · ~6 hrs

Build the folder, join the gang. No posting yet except to your gang.

2 Week 2 — Velocity: Snippet Engine at 5/week

Days 8-14 · ~7 hrs

Post fragments, not songs. 5 snippets, 15 variants. Measure saves, not likes.

3 Week 3 — Aura + Micro-genre + Fashion

Days 15-21 · ~6 hrs

Surf forward, lock the signature, make the artifact. Style TikTok > music TikTok this week.

4 Week 4 — Scarcity + IRL

Days 22-30 · ~7 hrs

Withhold, ritualize the drop, book the room. Convert numbers to bodies.

How scoring works: After 30 days, you pass if you have 3 snippets >1k saves, 1 gang that reposts day-one, and one artifact (30 tees). No album yet — that's Phase 2 (see pitfalls). If you fail, loop Week 2 again for 30 days before you blame genre.

4-5 track EP — all winners, same cover template, same lore title.
Discord listening party 24h before DSPs. Let gang repost first.
Album only when you sell 50 tees in a room. That's BAD ASS F*CKING KID timing.

John Summit never did an album — singles + live ladder held. Album is optional, sequence isn't.
